Navigating the hotel is a frustrating challenge!!! Poor signage everywhere, including hidden parking and confusing elevator access!!! Maintenance standards in the room are lacking, and basic amenities should be better stocked!!!

Adagio offers outstanding accommodations in a perfectly designed one-bedroom apartment, ideal for business travelers. Housekeeping staff, particularly Priya Darshini and Hasitha, maintained superior cleanliness with prompt service. The complimentary breakfast at Pepper Restaurant provided a rich variety of options that felt like home, thanks to attentive staff like Mr Sivadas. The front desk staff, including Ms. Darlene, made for a great first impression with their welcoming demeanor.

This place suits me perfectly with friendly staff, a great fitness center, and a lovely outdoor swimming pool. On my first stay, they helped me with a local food delivery number. I highly recommend it and will return for a weekend!

Access to the facilities at the nearby Novotel hotel was a great bonus, and the convenient store nearby provided easy meal options. However, there were moments when the responsiveness of the staff could be improved, especially during peak hours, and the pool area sometimes felt crowded despite its inviting atmosphere. Additionally, the limited dining options on-site could use enhancement.

The apartment was spacious, providing a comfortable setting for our group. The children enjoyed the small swimming pool, and the location near key sights was a big plus. However, the check-in process was slow, and we faced delays with having essential amenities like tea and coffee supplies delivered. Some appliances in the room were not functioning correctly, requiring calls for replacements.

the check-in process was a bit slow (not ideal after a long flight). however, the housekeeping staff were super friendly and always eager to help. loved the clean, tidy pool area (especially on weekends! ). also, the reception team provided great tips for exploring nearby spots (very helpful).

It was just an appropriate option for a brief pause in Abu Dhabi with very good value for money. The swimming pool with the bar was a nice touch and made for great photos. Make sure to check the setup before using the pool to avoid crowding.
